Kimberly Evans L.M.F.T is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Ventura County specializing in working with military and their families. She has been working in the military field for the past 8 years.

She has been an Embedded Therapist for an Army National Guard Unit for the past three years. Ms. Evans has briefed over 5000 service members and their families on mental health issues and is considered an expert on military deployment issues and their affects on families.

Kim has also worked with Military Children at Purple Camps and DoD sponsored Summer programs.

Kim was the Military Family Life Consultant for the Department of Defense Joint Family Support Assistance Program for the state of CA and is continuing that work as a contractor.

Her husband is currently serving in the US NAVY as a Reservist and has recently returned from an Individual Augmentee deployment to the Middle East. Their son was 4years old when the deployment began.

Kim also trained over 800 clinicians in the state of California on how to work with military and their families thru her Military Culture Workshops.

She is currently training police departments in California on how to work with Veterans and also how to create a successful reintegration for returning law enforcement officers who have been mobilized for the Global War on Terror

Ms. Evans is an advisor for the Vera Institute and is a member of the California Military Collaborative

Ms. Evans has a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical  Psychology and has been through training at the National Center for PTSD.

Lynne Nuibe serves as webmaster for Military411.org.  Lynne has 20 years of technology development and management responsibility, and an additional 15+ years of financial and accounting experience. 

She has served as Data Warehouse Manager and Decision Support Manager for a large retail organization, Project Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst for a telemedicine firm, and Computer Scientist responsible for managing multiple software development projects under contract to the U. S. Navy in the areas of finance, budgeting, and logistics. She has developed and maintained several commercial and volunteer websites.
 
Lynne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California Coast University and holds a Certificate in Data Resource Management from the University of Washington.
